Yogyakarta – SEAQiM finally completed the last four of ten sessions of Online Learning with SEAQiM. They were conducted respectively on May 11, 13, 15, and 18. The sessions ranged over various topics namely Schoology for Mathematics Essay and Grading, Mathematics and Art Projects, Google Form for Developing Mathematics Items, and Kahoot for Joyful Mathematics Learning.
The seventh session on Schoology for Mathematics Essay and Grading, which targeted junior and senior high school mathematics teachers, was presented by Mr. Gusnandar Yoga Utama. Later, Ms. Miftahul Hidayah delivered Mathematics and Art Projects which was particularly for primary school teachers and junior high school mathematics teachers. The last two sessions were facilitated by Ms. Wisnuningtyas Wirani and Ms. Uki Rahmawati and participated by mathematics teachers at all levels.
The overall sessions immensely satisfied teachers’ curiosity. The facilitators were also impressed with the participants’ enthusiasm.
“We hope the participants can implement what they have learned in online learning and explore more additional features that can be used in learning. Moreover, the participants are expected to share experiences of using Google Forms with other teachers,” said Ms. Wisnuningtyas Wirani, one of SEAQiM Specialists, who presented Google Form for Developing Mathematics Items. In addition to her statement, the other facilitators highlighted that this online learning is just the beginning, and thus the participants should proceed with their own implementation.
