The Covid 19 pandemic is happening and everyone has to adjust to the era of new normal. Schools were deserted because of government policy to shift face-to-face learning to distance mode. With various limitations, educators must continue to provide learning and teaching and continue to prioritize health safety from the dangers of Corona virus infection. Students must learn from home using different technology depending on their parents’ ability. Various polemics emerged, followed by the hopes of parents for schools to be opened soon because it has been more than a year, their children have difficulty learning to use online/offline modes. Parents in this condition have an additional role as impromptu educators at home where their role is almost the same as educators at school.
