The SEAQiM exhibition team attracted considerable attention through a variety of interactive mathematics games, including Jumping Frog, Tower of Hanoi, and Magic Card. From the first day of the exhibition, the booth was lively with visitors eager to take on the challenges, test their logical thinking, and find creative solutions.
The activities continued to attract enthusiastic visitors on the second day, demonstrating how mathematics can be introduced in a fun, interactive, and engaging way. Through these games, participants were encouraged to develop problem-solving, strategic thinking, logical reasoning, and creativity while experiencing mathematics beyond the traditional classroom setting.
In addition to the interactive games, SEAQiM also showcased its ethnomathematics modules, journals, and educational merchandise. These resources highlighted the connection between mathematics, culture, and everyday life, while introducing SEAQiM’s efforts to promote meaningful mathematics learning.
SEAQiM’s participation in the 5th ICTB 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to engage with educators, researchers, students, and fellow SEAMEO Centres, while also strengthening networking and exploring potential collaboration in education, science, and sustainable development. Through interactive learning and meaningful engagement, SEAQiM continues to promote joyful mathematics education and demonstrate that mathematics can be learned anytime, anywhere, and by everyone.
