Seeking Impact and Development from Regular Course Alumnae, SEAQiM Visit SMPN 27 Bandung for Monitoring and Evaluation

BANDUNG – SEAQiM conducts monitoring for regular course alumni, which involves tracking and assessing activities, achievements, and experiences after completing their course at SEAQiM. Further monitoring objectives are maintaining a solid connection between the institution and its alumnae, contributing to ongoing program improvement, and showcasing the positive outcomes and impact of the educational experience. Represented by Ms Uki Rahmawati, Mr Agus Limbang Wardani, and Ms Caecilia Cahyaningsih Kristilestari, the Head Divisions of SEAQiM, visited SMPN 27 Bandung to identify success stories and challenges in the professional journeys of the alumnae, and understanding the impact and effectiveness of the education provided by SEAQiM.

Ms Upik Diana, M.Pd, Alumnae of Regular Course on Joyful Learning in Mathematics Education for Junior High School Mathematics Teachers, conducted in 2017, is a testament to the course’s effectiveness. Implementing the acquired knowledge within her classroom benefited her students. It transcended to other educators in the mathematics teacher’s community in Bandung, West Java. Ms. Nita Hidawati K, S.Pd., M.M.Pd, the school principal of SMPN 27 Bandung, embodies a passionate drive to amplify and propagate the innovative practices introduced by SEAQiM. Her enthusiasm underscores the belief that even the smallest seeds of innovation within a community can burgeon into meaningful and impactful changes.
