COVID-19 pandemic has opened our eyes to the various kinds of changes around us. It is as if the life we knew before the existence of COVID-19 was uprooted and replaced by new innovations that we have never thought of before. Who would have thought that schools would be closed and classrooms would be replaced by Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams? Who would have imagined that meeting students and teaching would no longer require a blackboard, but online via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams meetings? Nobody expected this to happen in our lives; in a very short time too. We must adapt quickly or we will fall behind. We can see the COVID-19 pandemic as a gateway to an era of uncertainty or VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity).
