Participants discussed refinements to indicators, integration of qualitative and gender-responsive data, and enhanced coordination between SEAMEO Centres and the Secretariat to ensure robust reporting and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the two-day workshop, Directors reviewed validated results from the FY 2024\/2025 MEL cycle, reflected on challenges and lessons learned, and agreed on priority actions for the upcoming FY 2025\/2026 reporting cycle. Discussions also focused on clarifying roles and responsibilities, strengthening verification and quality assurance mechanisms, and aligning MEL processes with the SEAMEO Strategic Plan 2021\u20132030 and regional education frameworks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Sri Wulandari Danoebroto emphasized SEAQiM\u2019s commitment to contributing to SEAMEO\u2019s organisational learning and accountability framework, highlighting the importance of consistent data interpretation and strategic use of evidence to enhance regional mathematics education initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop concluded with agreements on key MEL refinements, priority actions, and next steps to ensure a coherent and effective MEL cycle across SEAMEO Centres and Networks.
