Yogyakarta, 14 October 2025 \u2014 In a continued effort to enhance the quality of mathematics education in the region, SEAQiM warmly welcomed the delegation from the Education and Culture Office of Muara Enim Regency on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.<\/p>\n
The visit was purposed to build a strategic collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in teacher professional development, curriculum development, and innovation in mathematics learning.<\/p>\n
The delegation was led by Mr. Suarlan, S.Pd., M.M., Head of Junior High School Division, who attended the event representing the Head of Education and Culture Office of Muara Enim Regency. Accompanying him were Mr. Buryono, S.AP., M.Si., Head of Section for Teachers and Educational Personnel and Ms. Dian Wulandari, S.Pd., Curriculum and Learning Analyst.<\/p>\n
In his opening remarks, Mr. Suarlan expressed sincere appreciation to SEAQIM for its consistent dedication in advancing mathematics education not only in Indonesia but also across Southeast Asia. He emphasized that this visit reflects Muara Enim\u2019s strong commitment to improving educational quality through collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are here to build meaningful synergy. SEAQIM\u2019s expertise and experience in mathematics education development will greatly support our mission to empower teachers and improve student achievements in Muara Enim,\u201d said Mr. Suarlan in his speech.<\/p>\n
During the session, SEAQIM representatives presented various programs and initiatives that focused on teacher training, integrating STEM education into the curriculum, and numeracy-based innovation projects. The discussions also included potential areas for collaboration, such as capacity-building workshops and the development of digital learning resources.<\/p>\n
The meeting concluded with the signing of Collaboration Agreement, <\/em>formalizing efforts for educational development in the near future.
