{"id":7104,"date":"2025-07-21T13:48:28","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T06:48:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/?p=7104"},"modified":"2025-08-16T14:03:17","modified_gmt":"2025-08-16T07:03:17","slug":"seaqim-welcomes-head-of-bureau-of-planning-and-cooperation-ministry-of-primary-and-secondary-education-for-institutional-performance-strengthening-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/our-news\/seaqim-welcomes-head-of-bureau-of-planning-and-cooperation-ministry-of-primary-and-secondary-education-for-institutional-performance-strengthening-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"SEAQiM Welcomes Head of Bureau of Planning and Cooperation, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, for Institutional Performance Strengthening Visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yogyakarta, 18 July 2025 \u2014 SEAQiM warmly welcomed Head of Bureau of Planning and Cooperation, Secretary General, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Republic of Indonesia, during her official onsite visit to the SEAQiM office in Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The visit was part of the Centre\u2019s effort to strengthen its institutional performance accountability system, particularly in measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (IKK) for the first and second quarters of 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vivi Andriani, Head of Bureau of Planning and Cooperation, Secretary General, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, along with eight (8) representatives from the bureau, were warmly welcomed onsite by SEAQiM Director, Dr. Sri Wulandari Danoebroto, Deputy Director for Administration, and SEAQiM\u2019s personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In her strategic address, the head of the bureau highlighted the importance of the SEAMEO Centres\u2019 contributions beyond innovation and collaboration and broader expectations for accountability and alignment with national performance systems. \u201cSEAMEO Centres are expected to contribute to innovation and collaboration further in other crucial aspects of institutional development. We look forward to SEAQiM\u2019s active role and cooperation in supporting the 2025 Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) reporting process. This year, performance evaluations under the Bureau of Planning and Cooperation will include seven SEAMEO Centres and 26 Education and Culture Attach\u00e9 Offices.\u201d Head of Bureau said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Wulandari emphasized SEAQiM\u2019s ongoing commitment to enhancing internal accountability systems and aligning them with both SEAMEO mandates and the performance standards set by the Government of Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SEAQiM had previously requested technical support from the Bureau to ensure that performance reporting meets the standards required under the Government\u2019s SAKIP framework.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The working session included detailed reviews of progress indicators, challenges in data collection, and approaches to ensure coherence between planned outputs and actual performance.
