Yogyakarta, November 1\u20136, 2024 \u2013 The SEAMEO Regional Centre for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel in Mathematics (SEAQiM) once again raises the bar in advancing educational research through its \u201dWorkshop on Academic Writing for the 8th ISMEI Proceedings\u201d. Held in SEAQiM’s Conference Room in Yogyakarta in hybrid mode, onsite and with a virtual component via Zoom, this six-day workshop is a robust initiative aimed at transforming promising academic presentations into publishable research papers. The goal\u00a0is\u00a0to ensure high-quality proceedings for the 8th International Symposium on Mathematics Education and Innovation (ISMEI).<\/p>\n
SEAQiM\u2019s ongoing dedication to elevating mathematics education in Southeast Asia takes centre stage in this workshop. By enhancing participants\u2019 academic writing skills, SEAQiM supports educators and researchers in surmounting the challenges they often face, such as paper structuring, adherence to publication standards, and responding to reviewer feedback.
