This real teaching marks a significant step in enhancing the mathematics learning experience by using customized teaching aids adjusted to the specific needs of their students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"IN\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Ms Ririn Restu Amelia, the principal of the Primary School of Sekolah Teladan Yogyakarta, expressed his excitement about the program&#8217;s implementation: &#8220;The collaboration with SEAQiM has brought new innovative teaching aids developed by participants are making a profound difference in student engagement and understanding that Sekolah Teladan&#8217;s teachers can implement.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"IN\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">During the real teaching phase, teachers actively incorporate their custom-made teaching aids into daily lessons. These aids include interactive models, hands-on activities, visual aids, and educational games designed to simplify complex mathematical concepts and make learning more interactive and enjoyable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"IN\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Students have responded enthusiastically to the teaching aids used in their classroom. Every feedback from both teachers and students has been overwhelmingly positive. SEAQiM&#8217;s collaboration with Sekolah Teladan Yogyakarta exemplifies a successful professional development model for teachers, emphasizing the practical application of teaching aids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"IN\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">After implementing real teaching, participants returned to SEAQiM to reflect on and refine their action plans for implementation in their respective schools. One day after real teaching, they accomplished all the regular course schedules and tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"IN\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">As the closing remark from SEAQiM Deputy Director for Programme, Dr. Sri Wulandari Danoebroto, represented SEAQiM Director, &#8220;Congratulations on your accomplishments in completing the comprehensive course agenda.
