The workshop gathered 52 teachers from the Teacher Working Group of Cluster 5 Pelandakan, Kesambi sub-district, Cirebon city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop focused on the theme of &#8220;Designing Learning Media\/Mathematics Teaching Aids.&#8221; Teachers displayed great enthusiasm during the event. The participants immediately engaged in hands-on activities to create various teaching aids and learning media. These materials were then presented in front of the class, promoting active participation and collaboration among the attendees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mrs. Yuneta Indria Murti shared her insights during this workshop. She emphasized that the acquired knowledge from the SEAQiM course has proven immensely valuable in real classroom settings. Mrs. Murti expressed increased enthusiasm for teaching, leading to heightened student engagement and morale. She highlighted that students now comprehend lessons more swiftly and joyfully. Mrs. Murti conveyed that crafting teaching aids need not be complicated or costly. Everyday objects can be creatively employed to elucidate intricate mathematical concepts, fostering a more profound understanding among students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The specific topic covered in Mrs. Yuneta Indria Murti&#8217;s dissemination was &#8220;Physical Manipulatives.&#8221; Her experience at the Regular Course Teacher Made Mathematics Teaching Aids workshop showcased the practicality and effectiveness of incorporating hands-on teaching aids in mathematics instruction. This insightful dissemination has undoubtedly contributed to enriching teaching practices in the mathematics classroom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In conclusion, Mrs. Yuneta Indria Murti&#8217;s reflection highlights the positive impact of the Regular Course Teacher Made Mathematics Teaching Aids on her teaching methods and student engagement.
