Who is mathematical proof appropriate for?Is it true that mathematical proof can only be done by mathematicians or students who with upper-level mathematical abilities?Is mathematical proof always related to abstract concepts that are difficult to understand? In school mathematics, mathematical proof is an effort to develop students’ mathematical abilities. Styliandes (2007) states that mathematical proof activities have an important role in developing mathematical abilities. Learning activities regarding mathematical proof should be carried out at every level of education. According to Tsamir, et al. (2009) proof of mathematics should be a part of mathematics learning that is carried out in schools at every level of education.<\/p>\n
