I am a math teacher who have been teaching for more than 15 years in a district in West Papua province. I really love my job, even though it’s not an easy job. My teaching approach is usually classical; I teach the material followed by practice problems. With this kind of approach, it seems that everything is going fine. All students seemed to understand what I was teaching, they also seemed to have no trouble answering the questions.<\/p>\n
