One of important days for Moslems is Eid al-Fitr. Serving cookies during Eid is common in Indonesia, one of which is pineapple tart. Pineapple tart is usually shaped round and its surface is glazed. In Bahasa Indonesia, it is called kue nastar, which came from the Dutch words ananas and taart, meaning pineapple tart. This cookie is popular in Indonesia and other countries such as Malaysia, Taiwan, and Australia.<\/p>\n
