In response to this, SEAQiM supported by other Indonesian SEAMEO Centres, hosted an online seminar entitled \u201cPengembangan Diri untuk Membangun Karakter Pribadi yang Profesional\u201d or \u201cPersonal Development to Build Professional Character\u201d on May 8, 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 115%; font-family: Ebrima;\">A total of 83 participants from 7 SEAMEO Centres Indonesia, namely SEAQiM, SEAQiS, SEAQiL, SEAMOLEC, BIOTROP, RECFON, and CECCEP joined in this virtual programme. Dr. Trisnani Widowati, the invited facilitator from Universitas Negeri Semarang, shared with the participants some tips and tricks to build professionality in the workplace. She also encouraged the participants to discuss with her the challenges of working from home during pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 107%; font-family: Ebrima;\">The two-hour seminar, which utilized WebEx platform, run very well with Ms. Wahyu Kharina Praptiwi as the moderator.
