The meeting is organized by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia in collaboration with the SEAMEO Secretariat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif;\">Education Ministers of the 11 SEAMEO Member Countries, Representatives from 8 SEAMEO Associate Member Countries, 5 Affiliate Members, and 26 SEAMEO Regional Centres and Network actively join in the working paper presentation which is an integral part of the meeting. In the second day, Dr. Sumardyono presented SEAQiM proposal on Southeast Asia (SEA) Mathematics Teaching and Learning Model (MTLM) which aims to provide good practices of teaching and learning mathematics within the region. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2499 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/ssa2019-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/ssa2019-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/ssa2019.jpg 413w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif;\">The next agenda of the 50<sup>th<\/sup> SEAMEO Council Conference was dinner reception and the presentation of the SEAMEO 2018\/2019 Service Award. This recognition reflects hard work, contribution and dedication from nominated staff of each SEAMEO Regional Centre and Network to SEAMEO throughout the years. In this invaluable occasion, Ms. Rachma Noviani, staff of the Partnership, International Public Relation and Marketing (PIRPM) of SEAQiM received a plaque of recognition and a testimonial certificate.
