The course will be conducted on 10 \u2013 14 December 2018<\/span> in the <span style=\"color: #212121;\">Institution of Educational Quality Assurance (<em>Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan<\/em>) of NTB Province.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">A total of 35 junior high school mathematics teachers from ten districts is participating in this course. SEAQiM has appointed two of its specialists, Ms. Ummy Salmah and Ms. Pastitta Ayu Laksmiwati to facilitate the participants to learn STEM. Working in groups, the participants are encouraged to develop STEM-based activities. They are very enthusiastic within the class activities and have strong willingness to disseminate the knowledge on STEM to their students upon the completion of the course.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1325 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/lombokweb2-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/lombokweb2-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.qitepinmath.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/lombokweb2.jpg 413w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">During the opening ceremony, SEAQiM\u2019s Director, Dr. Wahyudi, thanked the Institution of Educational Quality Assurance of NTB Province for the support in preparing the event. Dr. Wahyudi emphasized the importance of STEM as it is the stepping stones to face the challenges of 21<sup>st<\/sup> century.
